HOW TO DO

Fill in the sign-on formular and submit it to uwt. After 2-3 working days you will receive a confirmation including customer number, your personal password, and your access-number.

1.	Dial your access number in the US until you hear a ring. When you hear that ring, hang up.
2.	Within 5 to 12 seconds, your telephone will ring back.
3.	Answer your phone, and you will hear a voice prompt in English asking you to "Please enter your destination number followed by the # key".
4.	As soon as you start hearing that message, you may dial your international number the same way you would dial an international number from the US. For example, to make a call to the United Kingdom or almost any other country in the world, you would need to dial 011 + country code (44 for United Kingdom) + city code + number + the # sign. To dial a number in the USA, Canada or Caribbean's, dial 1 + area code + phone number + the # sign.
5.	You will hear a voice asking you to "Please hold while we dial your phone number", and you will then get connected. If you make a mistake while dialing, no need to hang up, but instead press the # sign 3 times (# # #). You will hear "Please enter...", at which point you can re-enter your phone number followed by the # key.

To make another call, do not hang up. Instead, press the # sign 3 times (# # #). You will hear "please enter...", at which point you

can enter your new phone number followed by the # key. To redial the last number you dialed, just press * # (star pound) TO GET CONNECTED FASTER, DO NOT FORGET TO PRESS THE # KEY AFTER DIALING YOUR NUMBER. OTHERWISE PROCESSING OF YOUR CALLS WILL BE AT THE LEAST 5 SECONDS SLOWER . Enter your destination number:If you are calling a number within the USA:Dial 1 + (area code) + number, followed by the pound sign. (#)If you are calling a number anywhere else in the world:Dial 011 + (country code) + (city code) + number followed by the pound sign. (#)

SPEED DIAL NUMBERS

To dial either of these numbers using speed dial, follow instructions 1., 2., and 3. Above. When your hear the voice prompt, press 1 # or 2 # to call the speed dial number of your choice.

CHANGING YOUR CALLBACK NUMBER

To change your call back number online please go to "Account Manager" in the menu. Enter the last 7 digits of your DID/Access Number as well as your Password and you can enter your new callback number. Very convenient when travelling.

In the account manager menu you can also:

Show usage and payments since my last invoice.

Show my last invoice.

Show my invoice of 2/3/4 back.

Update credit card and contact information.
